13 years ago Sal helped us sell our home in Bay Park, we had spent eight months and all of our savings fixing it. He is gracious, knowledgeable, hardworking, honest. He helped us so much... and our house sold in only 13 days.

This guy was the sellers agent for a house my mom purchased. He had the house painted for the seller before she bought it. The paint job was bad, fine he wanted to cheaply paint it before a sale. What we didn’t know is that the painter he hired painted over flaking lead paint and then hid the lead paint chips by mixing them in the soil beds around the house. When we got around to having the house repainted and having the paint and soil tested for lead we found out there was lead paint chips everywhere which we are now paying to have remedied. When we asked our realtor to find out the name of the painter from Sal he sent a phone number and a first name. Either Sal is completely inept and doesn’t know the laws regarding lead paint on an 100 year old home or he intentionally hired a painter to do the job cheaply without any regard to environmental protection and general decency. I would steer clear of this guy, his practices are likely to end up on the wrong end of a civil suit.

Hands down one of the best agents in San Diego! He really takes care of his clients as if they are family! Highly recommended!

He is very honest, charming, and kind. He has a great work ethic and does everything to help his client. We highly recommend him.
