I had an extremely complex situation selling the property of my brother in senior care. This desirable property in La Jolla involved a divorce, conservatorship, judges, and too many attorneys. Larry was recommended by my brother's friend, and I'm so grateful to have worked with such a patient and caring human. He got us a sale price beyond what I expected plus he saved us lots of $$ in prep and other benefits. He even gave my brother a professional type haircut--who does that?! There were numerous legal and other challenging hiccups throughout (nothing having to do with Larry), and still he was undeterred. He kept his cool with his constant support, great loyalty, regular communications, and sincere understanding. Larry specializes in helping seniors (I'm one)--and this complicated situation took the cake. No fast talking. We felt protected at all times. He also got us a super patient escrow officer. Larry truly earned every cent. In my world, honesty and integrity are THE primary principles, and Larry was exemplary of this. Thanks, Larry, we got through it!
