I have to gush about this real estate team. I bought a condo from them this summer. The entire process was smooth and amicable. Usually the buyer-seller relationship is fraught with conflict and opposite interests. This was the first time in which I felt like I (as a buyer) was on the same side as the seller. After the condo closed, I had an issue with the dishwasher (water was shut off). The Leisz team actually came out TWO MONTHS AFTER CLOSING to fix the issue for me. All because they wanted to stand behind their product. Now that’s integrity right there. I think the average seller would have thought “not my problem, the deal has closed.” Not them. They cared enough to fix the issue THE DAY I REACHED OUT. I am blown away by this level of customer service and ethical standard. Stellar people- Larry, Kevin. They have my respect for life.
