Suzanne is a lifesaver! I recently moved to another town and needed to sell my house in Bakersfield. She patiently answered all my questions and explained the process to me. She even gave me some fantastic recommendations for movers and donation places. A week before closing was scheduled, we ran into a few big problems. She was amazing!! She did SO much work to solve the problems and negotiate with everyone. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. She is experienced, remains calm under pressure, and is wonderful at problem-solving. I am so grateful I met her and was able to have her guide me through that experience.
