Autumn did it again - she is the best real estate agent that my university colleagues/friends and I have used in the past decade! She just helped me purchase a nice condo in Monterey Park, to my great satisfaction! She and her team have been extremely professional and very patient in the process, as I have high standards for what I want for an investment home and have a certain price in my mind, so it was not easy to find the right kind of home. We went to dozens of houses/condos/town homes and made multiple offers. She was always positive and enthusiastic, even when we ran into obstacles and difficulties. She was very resourceful and provided much needed advice and support! I will continue to rely on her for renting the condo out and for future real estate transactions!

I am extremely disappointed by my experience with this realtor and feel compelled to warn others about the lack of professionalism and disregard for client privacy I encountered. During our interaction, I was asked to provide sensitive personal identification information via text message. Given the risks of identity theft, fraud, and data breaches, I politely explained that I was not comfortable sending such information through an unsecured text conversation with someone I had never met. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, offering a secure alternative, explaining how my information would be protected, or inviting me to provide the information in person at her office, my concerns were dismissed and communication effectively ceased. No attempt was made to find a reasonable solution or continue the transaction in a professional manner. What I found most troubling was that a legitimate privacy concern was treated as an obstacle rather than a reasonable request for security. Any professional handling confidential information should understand the importance of protecting client data and maintaining open, respectful communication. Trust and professionalism are fundamental in real estate transactions. Unfortunately, my experience reflected neither. I was left feeling ignored, disrespected, and concerned about the expectations surrounding the handling of sensitive personal information. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend working with this realtor and would encourage others to carefully consider how their private information may be requested and handled.

Autumn is absolutely the best! She is very detail oriented every step of the way during the buying process and helped me with every concern that I had. She offers a one stop shop service where she would provide me with assistance from the beginning to the end of the buying process. She was very involved and helpful in the repair process as well where she made sure the correct repairs were done and that I was able to move into my new home comfortably. Definitely would recommend her!
