I went to view a home that was advertised as a rental because I needed to move as soon as possible. Over the past three weeks, I noticed the listing repeatedly switched between being advertised for rent and being listed for sale, which made the process confusing and frustrating. Based on my experience, it did not seem like there was a genuine effort to rent the property or find a tenant. If a home is not actually going to be available for rent in the near future, it should not be marketed as a rental. It wasted valuable time for someone who urgently needed housing. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I would not choose to work with this agent again. Do not view any homes by this agent or his office if you are serious about getting a home.
