I don’t believe you will ever find a better agent than Daniel. As everyone has noted in other reviews, not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about every part of San Diego, he is amazingly responsive. This was especially important to me because I was constantly stressed out and anxious. He kindly put up with my contradictory criteria and somehow managed to realize the features that really mattered to us. He found us the perfect place in the perfect neighborhood. He put together an offer that was immediately accepted by the sellers. This was super important because a lot of later people were interested and could have easily outbid us. It is also important to recognize how genuine and ethical Daniel is. If you are thinking of buying or selling in San Diego, then you are doing yourself a real disservice if you don’t work with Daniel!
