Lynn Judson and her staff are off the charts wonderful! They helped me and my wife find a home after we got burned out in the wildfires of 2007. I went through several realtors that kept pushing me to buy a home I either couldn't afford or in an area I didn't want to live. One realtor wouldn't come to Escondido to show me homes because she didn't like the drive from San Diego. Lynn was the opposite; kind, patient, thorough, and understanding. It made the process of being a first-time home buyer so much easier with her help. I have since bought rental property through her, and with her guidance have seen my personal wealth grow through real estate. Since then, with her encouragement, I went on to get my own real estate license and now work in the industry myself. Thank you Lynn!

My experience with Lynn was fantastic. I had an extraordinarily difficult situation, as the property I inherited was one acre with an old house on it, and Lynn stuck with me, guiding, hand holding, advising, and basically smoothing the process as we went through many steps to get to close of escrow. She always returned my calls promptly and never left me feeling that I didn't have help when I needed it. Knowing that I was stressed out towards the end, Lynn would call me regularly just to see if I had questions, and she reminded me to keep my focus on the goal. Lynn went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend her. She obviously has the knowledge and ability to handle any real estate transaction with commitment and sensitivity to each individual's situation and needs.

The experience with Lynn and the whole Judson team was excellent. The purchase of our home had numerous curveballs Lynn and her team knew exactly how to manage the problem and execute it in the most timely manner possible.
