Carolyn and her team did a terrific job lining up help to clear out, make updates and repairs, paint, and clean our home in Liberty Station, followed swiftly with staging it. All was done in about 3 weeks and it was on the market. One open house later, we accepted an offer and she worked through a few minor issues to get it closed on time. Throughout the whole time she communicated continually on status and plans. Given that I was not in the area, this was particularly helpful. She is an expert and very professional in all aspects.
