This was my first experience with a realtor and it was exceptional! I was owner/builder of the home that Brian and Laura Way sold for me, so this was a completely unfamiliar experience. I had no idea what realtor to reach out to, but in my online research, I kept circling back to Brian and Laura and decided to reach out. I received an immediate response from Brian upon my first phone call. I explained to him that I was unsure if was going to sell, so I was trying to gather information if I decided to go ahead. I met with Brian initially and then Laura and Brian together. They understood my uncertainty, but gave me much valuable information with no pressure. They waited patiently for nearly 3 months while I made my decision to sell and were extremely supportive and understanding of how difficult this decision was for me as I had lived in this home for 36 years and raised my 3 sons there. Once the decision was made to sell, Brian and Laura moved right along in the process with great care and communication. l had several offers on my home and it was in escrow about a week or so after the first showing. Brian has been in real estate for about 40 years and was very clear in explaining the process involved, which made it was as predictable and understandable as possible.
