I was referred to RE agent Nora De La Torre in 2024 by a reputable person in the Real Estate industry . High on my priority list was an agents ability to communicate verbally as well as texting. Nora was prompt in answering and returning all my calls within a reasonable time frame. She negotiated and worked well with respect towards towards her counterparts and all parties involved. She had a good grasp and knowledge of the market in the area. Nora paid attention to detail and carefully reviewed and explained all real estate documents. She never seemed rushed. She always took the time to answer all my questions. Nora checked in with me to ask for my opinions on her performance as an agent throughout the process. She made a conscientious effort to make sure that she was doing the best job for me. I never had to chase Nora down to update me and give feedback on comments from agents showings. Nora didn't sign a real estate contract and subsequently disappear for a period of time, she got to working right away. The biggest problem I've had working with agents in past years, is their unwillingness or inability to communicate clearly without mixed messages. It had created significant problems which caused a snowball effect of irritations down the line. Another problem I encountered was when an agent disappeared for a period of time after signing a contract. It was weeks or sometimes a month or two before I would hear back with no regard for the client that the agent was supposed to be serving. It thus became a pattern and a true sign of disrespect. I'm thankful to have found in Nora, a person of integrity, perseverance, and care and concern for her client with great respect for herself and others. In your search for an agent that suites you, I hope you find a good listener, skilled, and knowledgeable person to help you before you sign.
