I walked into Lingyu’s open house with my family. She was warm, knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy, just real info. I respect that.

Ling helped us buy and sell our condo in less than a year, and she was the reason we were able to maintain our sanity despite having to do this. During the buying process, she was patient, flexible, and accommodating. She encouraged us not to give up when we inevitably put in losing bids in today's crazy market and was key in helping us eventually find and win a place that worked so well for us. When we ended up having to move across the country, we obviously chose to work with her again. This decision ended up saving us from a potential nightmare situation. When something came up during the inspection that needed to be fixed for the sale to go through, Ling stepped in to help us fix it since we had already moved to the East coast. Ling went above and beyond what would normally be her job to help us resolve the problem, and she is the reason the sale was able to happen. I cannot stress how grateful I am for everything Ling during the selling process, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in LA without hesitation.
