If you want a positive experience in home buying, I cannot recommend Sean and Sheila ENOUGH! They provided my wife and I a top tier experience in our move to Arizona from Texas. We knew nothing really about the greater Phoenix area, or about owning and maintaining in Arizona. Sean and Sheila provided top notch expertise in every aspect. Bringing up potential hazards, negotiation factors and much more along the way, they helped us find our dream home. Not to mention, they did it while driving from Tucson to Phoenix to be there in person with us. They are seasoned veterans in the space and I would trust them with the process all over again. Sheila was recommended to us and she was great. From the start she was warm and friendly but understood our needs and moved quickly on our behalf. We were in a tight window to move and she worked hard to preview homes for us, sending videos while walking the properties, as we were coming from out of state. With her knowledge of the market and sense of urgency, we were able to buy our new home in the timeframe needed. Since we closed, Sheila has remained in touch to help with any little things after the fact and just to check in. Sheila works hard for her clients and gets the job done.

Sheila was fabulous through the entire process of finding & purchasing our home. We flew to Tucson from our home in Seattle to meet Sheila & Sean. They showed us 15 houses in two days so we could decide on our preferred neighborhood & type of house. In the following few weeks Sheila sent us several listings, but none got us excited. Until two days before we were leaving the country for 14 weeks when Sheila sent us a new listing that was perfect. The next day she toured us through the house via FaceTime. She & Sean identified several issues for future negotiation. We made an offer, it was accepted, and we were on a plane for the other side of the globe. Sheila communicated with us constantly & coordinated all the details of the purchase, including escrow, title search & insurance, inspection, repairs of several items, utilities, the gardener, et al. We were able to sign everything electronically from afar, and two weeks later we owned a new home. Sheila is extremely knowledgeable about the area, the process, what to look for & what to look out for. She negotiated very satisfactorily all the issues we had identified. We do not hesitate to recommend Sheila to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You too will be more than satisfied!
