Kelly went above and beyond throughout our entire condo search and purchase process. Since we live out of state, her consistent communication and preparation made everything so much easier. When we visited, she had a wide variety of great options ready for us to tour and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods around La Jolla and helped us understand the pros and cons of each area, which was invaluable as out-of-state buyers. Kelly patiently walked us through all the nuances of buying property in California, especially condominium associations and HOAs, which were completely new to us. Even after the sale closed, she continued helping us get settled in and made us feel supported every step of the way. We truly could not have asked for a better experience — we would give more stars if we could!
