Dave was very professional and guided us through our journey to sell our Phoenix home. As Canadian’s there were a number of variations from how real estate transactions are handled in the US versus our country. I'll always consider Dave as not just an awesome realtor but an amazing friend. As a realtor, he's gone above and beyond any realtor I've ever worked with (there have been a few). He's always available for questions and reassurance. He helped me and my husband, Michael purchase what we thought would be our forever home in Arizona. When my husband became terminally ill and we had to move near family, Dave stepped up. He was truly a Godsend. We had to leave immediately so Dave took over, he trimmed trees, got our home repainted, new flooring and hauled away numerous truck loads of items. He was constantly in contact, keeping me informed and checking on Michael. This was an extremely stressful time for me but Dave was always there with the latest progress of the sale and a shoulder to literally cry on. He sold our home in record time for full asking price. Unfortunately, Michael didn't get the opportunity to thank him before he passed away but I know he'd be just as thankful as I am for Dave. He's a fantastic realtor and I'm blessed to call him my friend.

Dave is not only wonderful professionally, but he is also an amazing person all around! My husband and I are first time home buyers, and he was so helpful throughout the whole process. We knew next to nothing about the housing market, but Dave was able to explain everything to us when we asked. There was a house that Dave did not want us to waste our time on, but we wanted to look at it anyways. He was able to show us what he looks for and explain why the home did not fit with our criteria. He was able to find us an excellent home within our budget. His experience is outstanding, and he is always available when we text or call him with questions. He is funny, personable, and will be there for you the whole way. We definitely plan on asking him to help sell our home whenever we decide to move again. :)
