Let it be known; in all my years as a transplant to the AV I rarely write these type of critques. However, Maxi remains the premier and longstanding professional as a Realtor here in the AV. I only hope every person that reads this post will experience the best of the best service the way I have always received. I have worked with her on several occasions going back to my 1st purchase in Aug 1998 till recently this Sep 2025. She has remained consistent, honorable and at most always having her clients best concerns at heart in EVERY deal & event. I cannot see any other reason in all my experience why any client (buyer/seller) would take a chance and not maximize her Awesome services. In doing 4 separate events with her (1998-2025) and her staff she remained accurate, articulated, ethical at a high degree and solution minded to avoid many of the problems/hiccups that can occur when doing a "real property" transaction.
