Bill Osgood did everything possible to make our home purchase easy on us. He is extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable about the area he serves. He was present for our home inspection when we were across the country, and really went above and beyond for us. We would definitely recommend Bill to anyone looking to buy or sell out here in the desert. Even after our purchase went through he’s been available to answer questions and deal with a minor repair mix up with the selling party. He is a really decent guy and we have absolutely no complaints.

I have not Bought or Rented any Buildings or Houses from Osgood Realty. I most definitely would do business with Osgood Realty when I do decide to .... I have done Residencial Maintenance . I was Paid on Time from start to finish.. Very easy going and Professional atmosphere...
