When the buyers came back to us with a fix-it list, he literally came to our house the next day and helped us tackle the fix-it list within 24-hours! With the new house that we purchased, Ryan negotiated a $150K reduction in the final sale price that we are incredibly happy with. He's incredibly thorough when looking through a new house and pointing out pluses and negatives. Our first house was a very tricky sale (busy street, no garage) and Ryan was incredibly proactive and creative with different strategies to bring buyers in. I'm honestly not sure another Realtor could have closed the deal within our time constraints. We would recommend Ryan to our friends and family any time!
