I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Carlos was very understanding and was able to help us and guided us every step of the way on becoming first-time home owners. It was a very difficult situation for us to put him in while this process was going since my husband was working out of town during it all and we had very, very low chances of getting a hold of him. Carlos made it work and was able to get us through a 3 way call for all the important info we needed to know at a timely manner. He made it very stress free and reassured us that no questions was a dumb question. I know my family and I felt very supported and informed during this experience. Overall we are very thankful for Carlos and associattes for there dedicated time. If in need of selling or buying Chavez and associattes is the place to go.
