We recently bought a home in SW 49th Ave. Guadalupe was the sellers realtor. She sold us the story that the house was not a flip. That it was a lady that had renovated the house for her son and he had decided to move to a different place. We have been in the house now for a week and there is a massive/ general plumbing issue. All toilets clogged and looks like all piping it’s going to need to be redone at a cost of over 20k. We reached out to her and she literally washed her hands. If you are looking for a realtor that you can trust please use someone else. You won’t get any honesty from this lady
