Eli was amazing. We first listed the house with a different agent who did some work but led to no results and only a few house visits in three weeks of being on the MLS. We then decided to hire Eli instead. We signed the paperwork to withdraw our contract with the other agent and the day after it was approved, and Eli was our official new agent - he already showed up with three potential buyers! He then helped with re-stage, new (amazing!) photos, and re-did the MLS listing. From that point on, we had potential buyers coming almost every day. The house was sold in less than two weeks and Eli was there for us all along the process. He did way more than we expected, and you can see he loves his job and really care. Highly recommended.
