Josh is trustworthy, responsive, ethical, and extremely knowledgeable about the Tehachapi area. He went WAY BEYOND regular realtor duties to help us out on numerous occasions. He agreed to an impromptu trail hike (so that I could see what BVS offers), dropped everything to help when we needed assistance, and stepped in to ensure that our sale closed successfully when inevitable complications arose. Josh was my realtor when I bought my first home in Tehachapi. I moved here from San Francisco and I had so many questions about the area. He was patient with me and he was very knowledgable about the area. Not only did he negotiate very well, but I always knew he had my best interest at heart. I walked away from multiple houses after the counter offers were not what I wanted, and he never rushed me or made me feel bad for taking my time (a few months) to find the perfect home. He is hardworking, funny, smart, and dedicated to his clients. I really lucked out with him as my Realtor and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy or sell in Tehachapi!
