OMG … Erika has done it … again! I love my new place in Mission Viejo. This is the second time in 12 years she has come through for me BIG TIME. I seriously believe there’s no situation too challenging for her. She’s earned my loyalty, trust, and friendship. (Thank you, Erika! You’re a badass!)
