I am a returning customer of Kim Drusch. My wife and I were fortunate enough to find Kim in 2014 when we sold our first home. She did such a fantastic job walking us through our first home sale. She was patient, knowledgeable, and a great agent to work with! That was almost ten years ago. More recently, my 80-year-old parents were planning to sell their home of 35 years and move from California to Colorado to be closer to us. They would need help, and although we planned to make several trips out to assist, I knew we needed an agent we could trust. There was no question about who we needed to call but Kim Drusch. It was like no time had passed. Kim remembered us and was so happy to help my parents. She told me not to worry about them, she would make sure the process went smoothly, and she would do everything she could to minimize the stress on my folks. She delivered on her promises. She took so much time with them working through the process. Kim has helped sell well over 350+ homes during her career, but she somehow remembers that her clients have not. In my parent's case, Kim was right there to help them navigate the process. She was kind, patient, thorough, and professional throughout the process. But most of all, she treated my parents like her own. She truly cared how they were doing and looked out for them at every turn. She did a fantastic job communicating with us in Colorado and ensuring we all stayed in the loop through the process. Working with people who follow through on what they promise is so nice. If Kim says she will call you, she will, right on time. If she says don’t be concerned about an issue that pops up, you shouldn’t be worried. She doesn’t nickel and dime you for staging or professional photos. She was completely upfront about what to expect, and there were no surprises. What a great experience! Update: After 11 years in our phenomenal home, we made the difficult decision to move out of state. We found our new dream home and entered escrow and then turned to Kim to help us sell in time to close on our new house. Kim hit it out of the park. She guided us to an amazing buyer with the perfect offer and we are so thrilled with the love and care she put into this sale. I promise you, if you hire Kim and listen to her advice, you'll end up where you want to be. Kim is a phenomenal Realtor. She helped us buy our house over ten years ago and has been there to support us on a couple things we needed guidance on (the house is fantastic) ever since. She is honest and thorough and will advocate for her clients. Highly recommend.
