Top marks! . David was instrumental in guiding my sister and I through the process of selling our family home. One cannot explain how difficult it is to even start the process of deconstructing years of love and belongings in a home, let alone trust someone to be your guide. Lucky for us, David and his team, including Robin Darby, were just that. There are so many stages to selling that are unclear upon starting the journey. David took his time to ensure that we were all on the same page, understood the timelines, necessary documents, and best ways to increase our selling price. He exceeded our expectations with completion of a very successful mini remodel, managing the open houses and navigating multiple offers. We have finished up and the new family is happily in our cherished family home ready for their next chapter. They are lucky and so are we.
