I have known David for several years. He has been great in finding me the best tenants for condos I own in Cathedral City - always checking them out thoroughly and making sure all were and have been great people. Recently I decided to sell one of my condos and , of course, the realtor of choice was David. I can't tell you how quickly David got the job done for me. He went far and beyond what he would have had to do but that's the kind of person he is. Very thoughtful, very detail oriented, got all the legal stuff and mind-boggling paperwork done with ease.
