Just an excellent real estate agent and person. Essentially, you give her the project at hand, for example, selling a property or leasing it, and that's it! No need to think about anything else! She knows everything that has to be done, does it well, and also has great referrals to trades people if some work has to be done. We have had 3 leasing transactions with Martha, and her vetting of prospective lessees has been absolutely spot on! We've had 3 rock solid lessees and that is a Blessing! Some friends of ours sold their similar property to ours and Martha negotiated top dollar at that time. And to boot all her real estate skills...she is simply a nice and warm person.
