For selling or buying in the area, my wife and I will only be calling Philip (and his team). For someone who has sold more than a billion in property, he is incredibly personal. He was patient and thoughtful and gave great feedback. He personally showed us so many homes. When we finally found a home that checked all the boxes for us, we placed an offer. The house had multiple bidders, and Phillip was able to reel the house in for us. It still boggles my mind. My wife and I only had to make one offer to get the house of our dreams. Philip was always responsive to texts and phone calls. He and his team never dropped the ball. And they have always gone above and beyond. We are getting ready to move in, and Philip is still responsive when we need contacts for electricians (to install EV ports) or a handiman for garage work. So we definitely don't feel dropped after signing. We are so genuinely thankful for his help. He quarterbacked the entire process for us from the first handshake until the move-in date. I'm surprised that Philip and his team can handle so many clients and still give each one such personal attention. They deserve all the success they have. Isn't it strange that we arbitrarily call kids "Adults" when they turn 18? Does that mean they "Magically" know exactly how to handle life and all the decisions and variables that come with it? So in Real Estate, once a person takes their real estate exam and passes it, does it mean they "Magically" know how to posture your transaction? Experience Matters...The TEAM Matters....Phillip and Stacy! In my profession, patients need to know that if I'm not the right practitioner for them, I have referrals to great doctor who will take care of them. For Real Estate Professionals, this means specialized tradesmen are on speed dial, the home inspector is ready to schedule you, Bank officers and Mortgage brokers are ready to call you, the gardener will stop by the next day to chop something down or mow, the property manager is standing by to do the walk through with you, and multiple insurance agents are competing to make the quotes. Of COURSE, the ability to negotiate is a key for your success. Who better to negotiate for you than the team with a $BILLION dollars in sales? Sure, there are other variables that you need to have covered, but this isn't meant to be a checklist for you. I'm merely pointing out the high points.
