Allen was our realtor for selling our family home in LA in 2023. From there, I moved into an apartment in Bakersfield waiting for the right time to buy a house. This year was finally the year. I contacted Allen to be my realtor even though I was purchasing a home in Bakersfield because I trusted his expertise. If I saw anything on Zillow and they didn’t have an open house, Allen would reach out to schedule a viewing at my earliest convenience. He would also send me houses based on my search criteria around the area. I saw the house of my dreams on the second weekend of actively viewing homes in person. This was around the first week of November. By mid November, we were already in Escrow. Moving during the holidays was stressful and fast pace, but Allen was there to answer my calls anytime and work around my hectic schedule. Believe me, there were many calls/questions as I was a first time home buyer. My daughter, mom, and I are now in our forever home. I can’t thank Allen enough for his help throughout this entire process. He has gone above and beyond doing his due diligence about homes in Bakersfield! I will be sure to recommend him to my family and friends in the future. ❤️

Alon was great to work with from start to finish. He helped us get a great price on our home and made the whole process much easier.
