Jason and Lori were amazing! They impressed me at every turn. They quickly understood what I was looking for and lined up multiple tours of homes that were all excellent options fitting my needs. They got a brand new washer and dryer thrown in the deal. They got me an amazing deal on window coverings, allowing me to get a whole home of gorgeous custom shutters. But the best service they provided was keeping me updated on any outstanding forms or signatures needed etc throughout the whole process. Lori and Jason were absolutely the best in assisting me with buying my home. They were incredibly efficient and attentive to detail throughout the entire process. They were also very patient with me as I searched for the right home, never pressuring me to settle for something that didn’t feel right. In fact, Jason once said he wasn’t “feeling it” for me when we viewed a property—proof that they truly had my best interests at heart. I never felt rushed. They always took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and confident in my decisions. They also handled many behind-the-scenes details I wouldn’t have thought to ask about—like arranging rental insurance when the previous owner stayed for an extra month. Lori didn’t even ask if I wanted it; she simply sent me a copy, already taken care of. I had a great experience with Lori and Jason and recommend them without reservation.
