I run a real estate team in Pittsburgh, so Chase hasn't sold me a house. We actually met through the Follow Up Boss community a while back and several conferences. He's become a real friend, not just a colleague. The reason I'm leaving this review is because Chase is one of the most generous people I've met in real estate. He's built The Whitney Team into the number one resale team in Cypress with First Team Real Estate, and he openly shares how he does it. That's not common. Most agents who are producing at his level don't do that. That says something about his character. The thing we keep learning from Chase is his direct mail strategy. He's serious about mail in a way that most agents aren't, using Mailbox Power and other tools to stay in front of his farm consistently. It's one of those areas where we watch what he's doing and think okay, we need to get on that. He's always willing to walk us through his process when we ask, which says a lot about who he is. If you're looking for a real estate agent in Cypress or Orange County, Chase and The Whitney Team are the real thing. And if you're an agent or team leader somewhere else in the country like me, he's someone worth knowing.
