Not the best experience. Julian was friendly at first but he wasn't clear about the property owner's timeline or expectations, and he ended up becoming really pushy and difficult to deal with. I ended up opting for another property and explained this in the email, after being clear from the get go that I was waiting a response from another option. At the end, he did not even have to courtesy to reply to my email after asking for a $500 deposit (which we both agreed wasn't refundable), but he would get upset if I wouldn't get back to him immediately. Honestly, I know my communication wasn't great either, but his lack of understanding and pushing didn't help.

Wow! We had always heard stories about how difficult and stressful selling a house was. While we wouldn't say it was super easy or stress-free, Julian was definitely acting as an expert advisor, making every decision we had to make, much easier and with high confidence that we were making the correct choices.
