Sean is an incredibly skilled agent. I have worked with him before in training seminars, and he is my referral partner for Riverside County. He has a calm and measured demeanor, and based on my interactions with him, I would trust him with my clients looking to buy or sell in the Riverside area.

I can’t say enough good things about Sean Holmes and everyone at the Holmes team. Sean was attentive and took the time to get to know my family’s needs. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and he quickly eased our worries with his thoughtfulness, warm personality, and experience. He was there each step of the way answering any question we had until he found us our dream place, (which btw with his help didn’t take long at all.) I highly recommend the Holmes team and will be using them in the future.

Do not use this team, my experience with them was the worst thing I have ever been forced to pay for. I listed my house with them in mid january 2022, It did not get listed on the MLS until mid-late february. At the time I had tenants in my house which before I signed the contract with them I was told they had ideas on how to get them to move out. Their ideas turned out to be “throw more money at them until they leave”. Sense we were moving my wife and family had already left to our new house out of state, the realtors were told about this before signing the contract as well and i was told it wouldnt be a problem. Once we got an offer on the house it turns out this information was never passed along to the other parts of the team handling the escrow/ title part. To which I was told most documents could be done remotely this part was true however at least one document had to be signed in person in ink and notarized which means that no matter what they were now telling me my wife had to fly back here to sign 1 piece of paper because they did not act accordingly when they were given the information to have something in place before the house entered escrow. This incident cost nearly 2 months of time and over 4k in plain tickets and care for our children. During all this time I had an extremely difficult time dealing with their title manager who is also part of first american title. This persons name is Monique Gutierrez. If for some reason you still decide to go with this company be carful if you are assigned her because she does not know what shes doing. She was the one who told me a quick claim deed would be acceptable and my wife would not have to fly back. She also did not know what an apostille was or did and even after explanation did not know if we could use one. She instructed us to do the quite claim deed and after a full week of prep work, translation and an apostille found out she had done the paperwork incorrectly and made us start over. After another week of getting the new “corrected” paperwork done she informed us that the quite claim strategy would not work after all and that my wife did actually need to fly back just to sign 1 document. Again during this time Linda, before actually listing the house did a walk though, they did not stage anything as they say they will and whatever she didnt like the look of went back to her tried and true “just throw more money at it”. When all was said and done at that inspection she had forgotten that the house wasnt even listed on the MLS yet and that it had apperitnly been sitting in the “comming soon” category for other realtors. TLDR. In short I can not stress enough how unprofessional these people were. I was given incorrect information on multiple occasions, asked to “throw more money at it” for things a company that charges this much should cover themselves (ie staging or making good on promises made before contract) their title/ escrow employee had no idea what she was doing and did not bother to follow up to ensure proper documentation until it actually ran into a problem. During closing I was given excuse after excuse as to why it took an extra 2 weeks of the closing date being pushed back which caused multiple revisions in addendum's they put together, all the while blaming the delays on the buyer. Their total lack of understanding lead to nearly 2 months delay 4k in emergency flights, 6k in delays and added cost to closing fees. Please save yourself time and money DO NOT USE this team.
