I found myself in a very difficult situation with tenants who had fallen significantly behind in rent and ultimately vacated the property, leaving it in an unliveable condition. The property was left with large amounts of rubbish throughout the backyard and piled on the nature strip, creating a stressful and costly situation to deal with.
