I have used Mingli Wang twice now, once representing me as a buyer and most recently as a seller. Each time she went above and beyond. She was an amazing negotiator who kept us in the loop the entire time. We sold our home during a really tough market, but Mingli found solutions for all the issues that came up along the process. And all while keeping both sides of the table on the same page, so that no one would end up making an emotional decision that would regret later. Her concierge-level service was outstanding and we felt that she had our best interest at heart the entire time. I can't imagine how much more stressful it would had been without Mingli. She is absolutely fantastic!
