The Best. Let me take this opportunity to give my honest feedback and share our first hand experience working with Leff Real Estate. We started our Home search and contacted Mr Pat Leff to help us find our first Home in Southern California. From the very first inception day till the closing key handover day, he has shown top notch domain knowledge and top class professionalism with great sense of urgency with humility. As you can imagine - how hectic, tiring it could get when it comes for buying a home as a first time home buyer. This is exactly where Pat chime in and made our entire process as seamless and as smooth as possible. We never felt the pressure or overwhelmed with so many variables - right from visiting a handful of available homes within our range ( baseline , top line and bottom line in terms of budget vs our requirements ), making multiple offers to multiple homes, coordinate with the seller in terms of counter offer, negotiations, making sure he gets into bottom of each and every smallest of the smallest of my queries and making every steps as transparent as possible. In every steps - he showed his excellency and it reflects his absolute domain knowledge. My family found our desired Home in record time. I highly recommend Mr Pat. Great humble person to work with.

Very happy with Pat and his team over the years. They first helped with managing my rental property for several years, and more recently with the sale of the house. I never had to ask for updates because he was always proactively sending updates as things progressed. Always felt like I was getting sound and unbiased feedback during the selling process without ever feeling like I was being pressured. Would definitely do business with Pat again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

We met Pat at a townhouse he showed us, maybe through Redfin, in Agoura Hills. It wasn't at all right for us, but we had a nice conversation with him and told him what we were looking for, and decided to work with him. Pat was very patient, and drove long distances at inconvenient times to see houses with us, as far as Inglewood (his office is in Westlake), and elsewhere. He supported our search and put in offers late at night and then was supportive if we decided to back out of the bidding wars. Ultimately, he was able to help us negotiate and purchase our condo in Sherman Oaks. He's kind and honorable, and we would heartily recommend him to friends and family, and hope to work with him again when it's time to buy another place one of these days. Thanks for everything, Pat!
