Allison was simply amazing in working with our family when we had to sell my mom-in-law’s primary home to move her into memory care. She had almost exhausted her resources, so we needed a quick sale, but before that we needed help! Getting the house ready for sale meant moving 30 years worth of stuff, and Allison was there to recommend ways to deal with it all and recommend local help. It was especially challenging since we don’t live in the area, but Allison made it easy to do almost all of it from a distance, including POAs and docusigning documents, running interference for us with the title company, and keeping in touch regularly by text and email. The house sold in only two months after we moved mom-in-law, and at a price that will pay for her care for the years she needs it. Allison was so kind and thoughtful working with our family, ready to listen and to help, and able to clearly explain the legal and real estate intricacies we knew nothing about. Absolutely amazing. An asset to the whole community.

We love Allison!!! What a little doll!! We r 72 and the process of moving and finding another house in a different city was so daunting!! She was so upbeat the whole time, kept us on target for all the signings and very good at being flexible for all the ups and downs this process put us thru!!! She was never pushy and let us work thru the "yes" and "no" of every house hunting event!! This is such an emotional process and was so hard on our energy level yet.... she showed us empathy and grace!! She isn't just a realtor but also a psycologist!! She is smart, professional and a friend all rolled up in one!! If looking for a realtor - do not stop, pass go or collect $200 - HIRE HER !!! The BEST!!! Jerry and Mary

I recently hired Allison to represent me while selling my mother’s home after she passed away, and for anyone that has experienced a parent passing, it is difficult enough coping with that by itself than to have to worry about the struggles of selling a property at the same time. Allison really took the time to help me think through things and the best ways to most efficiently find someone who could take care of my mom's house going forward. Allison knew I was going through a difficult time emotionally with losing my mom, and she went above and beyond to meet people/contractors at the house (I live over 60 miles away), help with coordinating cleaning, coordinating the fumigation we had to do... that's just to name a few things and she always offered to help in any way possible. She really fought hard for us (especially while dealing with the buyer’s inspector who nit-picked everything little thing), gave me great advice and guidance, helped talk me through ideas and strategies, and just genuinely felt like she had my family’s best interests at heart. On top of that, she was just always a delight to talk to and felt like family, was easy to talk to, and really felt like I could tell her what was on my mind and ask her questions without any judgment. At the end of it all, we closed within a good timeframe (even a few days sooner than expected!) and I would be happy to vouch for her to anybody looking for an agent. I wish I was able to work with her under “happier” circumstances, but if I ever have another buy/sell situation in Ventura county, I would love to work with her again.
