We met Jack at a walk through while searching for a new rental. As soon as we arrived he greeted us with a smile and a hand shake despite having multiple people there for the showing. After applying for the rental his communication was exceptional. If he wasn't able to answer a call through the process he always followed up promptly. My family and I worked with a previous rental property management company and they were mediocre at best. Right away Jack was 100% more responsive to us then the previous company. I would say he'd respond within 24-48hrs. He was very detail oriented and listened to our concerns with the property. He has been very organized throughout the entire process as well as we had several home improvements needed on our property.
