A friend recommended Pinky to us with the words, “she’s family,” and that was all we needed to hear. From day one through closing, Pinky was incredible to work with. She truly loves her job, and her expertise shines through every step of the process. The day we found our dream house, she went straight to work without a break. She called the listing agent during her drive home, kept us updated on competing offers, and drafted our paperwork that same afternoon. Thanks to her efficiency, we made it into the very first pool of offers. By 11 PM that night, she called with the amazing news that our offer was accepted. Beyond her speed, Pinky is a masterful negotiator. She successfully secured seller credits for both a rate buy-down and home repairs. As first-time homebuyers, we had endless questions, but she addressed every concern. She provided excellent referrals for loan officers, inspectors, insurance agents, and plumbers, even going out of her way to personally request quotes for us. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance, highly recommend her to anyone buying a home. Pinky is now family to us as well.

My husband and I were looking for a new rental in San Diego for us and our son. We really wanted a privately owned condo with a yard so our son and dogs could have an area to play outside. Within a few days Pinky found us an off the market rental that was just renovated with a brand new turf yard. She sent us other options as well, but she highly recommended looking at this location as we might be able to secure a good cost with no other competition. She worked with the owner to keep it off the market until we could see it in person and I am so glad she did because it is perfect! Finding housing in San Diego can be very stressful and Pinky made it so easy for us. I will definitely be working with her and her team moving forward for any future real estate endeavors.

We were looking for a house for our family. After living in an apartment for 4 years following the sale of our family home of 25years. Found out the hard way we are family not meant for apartment living. Pinky was excellent from the very start. I had 2 houses to look at this day…decided to go with Pinky’s house. Instantly greeted and house felt like home. Explained our situation Pinky listened. She heard me. We were looking for a home for our family. Long term. Pinky calmed my nerves. We looked at home on a Tuesday we received approval Wednesday. Handed our keys Friday. And that same Saturday we moved to our new home. The fact that Pinky was so sincere and heard us helped. So many brokers/property managers don’t do this. Everything and everyone is on robot time not personable. Not understanding. No empathy. Pinky was not at all like this.
