James Maxwell of LA Real is an incredible agent. He went above and beyond when he took on the sale of our previous home. Little did we know when we hired him that our house needed major roof repairs and mold remediation before it could go to market. James did not flinch, instead rolling up his sleeves and helping manage this big project to completion. We were selling at a tough time in the market, but he was really positive and encouraging throughout the process, and proved to be very knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and a skilled negotiator when it came time to sell. After all of this, James then proceeded to find us our dream home, which was still under construction and wasn’t on the market yet. James understood our style and has a great eye for design, detail and good quality construction. He took all our wants and requests into consideration and, using his connections and business savvy, helped us score a corner lot on a cul de sac. From beginning to end, James was dependable, fully transparent, always reachable, friendly, a great listener and patient as we navigated selling and buying. He’s just a GOOD, SOLID PERSON and an amazing real estate agent. My husband and I feel really lucky to have found him and highly recommend him!

James Maxwell is an incredible realtor. Knowledgable, energetic, patient, patient, patient. He was responsive and intuitive, figured out what I needed quickly and honed in on providing options. He is skilled at evaluating properties and neighborhoods, helping you weigh the pros and cons of all situations. He's great at the negotiation phase, and supported me through the buying process, working closely with all parties involved. He was a godsend. I think I need to buy another house just so I can work with him again.

James is an exceptional agent and recently helped us purchase a wonderful home in LA!
