We truly couldn't recommend Lupe Lomeli enough. Working with Lupe Lomeli to purchase our new home was an amazing experience from start to finish. We had already found the home we wanted after visiting several open houses, but we wanted someone we could trust to represent our best interests, negotiate on our behalf, and guide us through what turned out to be a fairly complex transaction. Choosing Lupe was one of the best decisions we made. We chose right! Since the sale of our previous home had not yet gone into escrow, our purchase had to be contingent upon our home selling and closing successfully. Coordinating both transactions so that everything aligned required extremely careful planning, constant communication, and strong negotiation skills. Lupe handled every detail with professionalism and confidence, keeping us informed throughout the entire process and making what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and always keeping us in the loop. Not only did Lupe successfully negotiate the purchase of our new home, but also secured additional value by negotiating several pieces of furniture we wanted to remain with the house and having the sellers repaint a bedroom before closing. Thanks to Lupe's expertise and dedication, the timing worked out perfectly. We closed on our new home just a couple of days after selling our previous home, allowing for a smooth and easy transition with very very little disruption to us and our family.
