I can't recommend Kendra highly enough. I'd been looking in a highly competitive market with another agency for 6+ months and lost out on several properties. Since I hadn't signed a contract with that agency, I decided to switch over to Kendra since it was evident from my research that she was very knowledgeable about one of the complexes that I was interested in. Within two weeks, Kendra helped me to win my dream home. The level of professionalism that Kendra demonstrated was incredible. She was, as expected, incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhood. But beyond that, she was very responsive, pleasant to work with, and knowledgeable about the process of buying a home. I am a single working mom and always short on time; having someone that was able to reliably coordinate with the lender, escrow company, and various inspectors was a huge help. I loved working with Kendra; even after we closed she followed up to make sure that we were completely happy in our new place. You won't find any agent that is more dedicated and committed to providing you with the best possible buying/selling experience.

Kendra is absolutely amazing! She represented my husband and I earlier this year on the purchase of our new home and on the sale of our previous home. She was also our Realtor when we purchased our previous home and sold the home before that. All in all, we've done 4 transactions with Kendra and I can't imagine working with anyone else! She is so on top of every detail, is a tremendous negotiator, and is SUPER knowledgeable about not only the various communities in San Diego, but also about the houses themselves. Working with her is a breeze and I never have to worry that I've forgotten to sign or do something, because she was always there with a friendly reminder and an update about the status of our transaction. Strongly recommend Kendra Bates if you are buying or selling a house in San Diego. My husband and I were 3,000 miles away when we began our house hunt. Kendra educated us on all of the potential areas and narrowed down hundreds of listings (that met our base requirements) into a manageable number based on her knowledge of the area. When we finally made it out to San Diego to see the potential listings in person we were completely wowed and impressed with Kendra's ability to walk through a house, without having seen it in advance, and identify all of the pros and cons, and areas that would need to be addressed. Further, she deftly managed a very difficult offer, negotiation, and escrow process on our dream home. I cannot recommend her enough! Her knowledge, expertise, patience, and ability to skillfully negotiate complicated real estate processes is outstanding!
