Char is amazing! From the first Zoom interview, we immediately appreciated her confidence and knowledge paired with a calm and understanding approach. She asked us great questions to get to know us and really listened to the answers. In only two days, she arranged a showing of our dream house and six days later, our offer was accepted - incredible! She managed the whole process in spectacular fashion, which was so important to us as first time buyers. I would give Char 10 stars if I could. She helped us sell and buy a new home in 2015. Because of her knowledge and hard work, she was able to get us top dollar for the house we were selling. This made it possible for us to get a home that would have been out of our price range. Char is extremely knowledgable, communicates well, professional, and made our dream a reality!
