Michelle was amazing to have as our realtor! It was our first time shopping for a home in big bear and having an agent that’s knowledgeable in the area was a game changer! She really knew the ins and outs of all the different parts of big bear which was super helpful in deciding where to look and knowing what we wanted in our home. Great communication, SUPERB follow through, honest and knowledgeable and so so fun (can’t emphasize how important to vibe well with your realtor especially if you’re going to be spending a full day looking for your home/inspections etc (no awkward silence 😀). More importantly she kept all Parties informed and set proper expectations to ensure we close on time!
