I placed an order of sympathy flowers over the phone with this company. They took the order and my credit card. Somehow after 4 days, the flowers were never delivered, so I called. The person on the phone said the order had been cancelled because they didn't have enough fresh flowers. What the what? They also said an email was sent as notification. I never got an email, even in spam. But you'd think they would have called me, right? Especially with a sympathy arrangement. Super awkward to ask the recipient if they ever got flowers. Very disappointed
