When I accepted a job out of state, I had to make many difficult decisions. One such decision was choosing who I would use to help me sell my house. For years I have received flyers and notepads with various realtors, some local and some not. I decided to answer an email that was sent to me at the time I was considering whether to sell my home or not. A reply came back quickly, and a meeting was scheduled to discuss the possibilities and market prices. I instantly felt that I could trust Frank Jesolva. As a longtime resident of La Mirada, I felt comfortable that Frank, also a longtime resident, knew the community and the trends well. Besides his wealth of knowledge about real estate and the community, he was very nice and caring towards me (and my pets!). I did not feel that he was in this for another sale, but to genuinely be there to help me make a huge life transition and walk me through all the intricacies that selling a home involves. Frank guided me on how to prepare my home for selling and he always had a resource handy should something need to be repaired or compared, be it termite companies, inspectors, etc. My home received a couple of offers following the open houses the first weekend. I accepted one of them and placed an offer on a house where I was moving to. Then, the unthinkable happened. The buyer of my home decided not to go through with the deal and backed out. However, Frank had contacted the agent of the other offer and sealed a new deal seamlessly without missing a beat. Frank saved the day! Frank always clearly explained things to me, and he always was respectful of my schedule. He was quick to answer a question and calm my frayed nerves, especially as the move date got closer. Frank went above and beyond for me. Having pets in the home is difficult when buyers and inspectors come in and out of the house, but he always made sure that they were safe and secure. That meant the world to me. If I were to do this all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Frank, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
