Heidi Golff is an excellent real estate agent. It is very common for real estate agents to list a home for sale, but they put very little effort into actually selling the home. Unfortunately, I had listed with an agent who did just that. My home had already been on the market for 5 months when I decided to re-list with Heidi. Heidi immediately put her energy into selling my home. She discussed with me several things we could do to fine tune the salability of my home. She recommended painting a paneled room, fixing a raised sidewalk in front, additional staging, and tidying up the landscape including adding inexpensive bright flowers to brighten up the front window. Heidi knows people who can do the work at a reasonable price, but she is a very hard worker. She personally spent time tidying the garage and large storage shed to give the house a polished look. Heidi loves her job. She has excellent work ethic and is an excellent communicator. Never did I wonder what is going on! She is a good listener and very positive and upbeat. She told me she would get the house sold and she did. We had an offer 3½ weeks after she listed it. Escrow closed 5½ weeks later. The house sold just a little below what I was asking! Another agent actually found the buyer, but Heidi’s expertise made sure the house was totally ready when the right buyer came along! THANK YOU HEIDI! You are highly recommended by me.
