Kenny and his team were the best part of our home buying experience. We had a really complicated and drawn-out close which was not fun. I wish we could have hired Kenny to be our mortgage broker, realtor, and closing attorney all in one! He knows the process better than any one and was super patient and helpful with us as first time home buyers. Not to mention he was able to get us rates that were a full percentage points lower than any of the other agents we contacted. Both Kenny and his team were incredibly responsive. We had a couple of urgent questions and Kenny would call me at the start of the East Coast business day which would have been like 5am for him. I don't know when he sleeps, because he was always there whenever I needed to talk with him! The rest of the team was also incredibly helpful and responsive. I never went more than half a day without having my questions answered. And they are all so friendly. Overall, choosing to work with Kenny and his team was the single best decision we made in our entire home buying process. You'll be lucky to work with him!

Highly recommend Kenny’s loan service. Kenny is very knowledgeable, patience and responsive. He helped me closed 2 mortgages quickly at the same time. A loan process could be very intense and stressful, but you can be totally worry free because of Kenny’s expertise. He also provided me the lowest mortgage rate comparing with other loan agents I worked with previously.

I had the worse experience with this mortgage loan, and the loan officers Kenny and his team. I was referred by one of his students that he can help me with my loan and his team was advertised as working 24/7. Don’t be fooled. No one works 24/7. Kenny and his team take their sweet time in getting back to me and did not answer my questions thoroughly. The connection between the lender (underwriter) and the loan officers (Kenny & Team) was definitely not in sync. If you want your loan to close on time, I would stay away from this loan officer.
