I have enjoyed renting from Mr. Brady. He is very reliable and when there is any repairs or questions. Mr. Brady is on it right away. I never have to wait. I don't want to rent from anyone else. Which is why I've been renting from him for 13 years. He's made it hard for me to move. I don't think I'll find a landlord as great as he has been.
