I don't usually write reviews but I had to for Kevin. I was introduced to Kevin from family friend. He helped us purchase our first home in Tustin three months ago. First he helped us find the perfect home that met all our criteria. We really wanted the house but we were working with the very difficult seller. Kevin worked so hard and walk thru the fire to get the deal closed. He was always available to talk to day and night, was with us through the whole transaction even with inspection and closing. Another thing that impressed me was not only is he a good realtor, but he is very knowledgeable with home inspection and home repairs. He introduced me to all his contacts, we recently used his contractor and electrician to remodel and repair our house. If you want someone professional, kind that knows their business, go with Kevin. I highly recommend him! I plan to refer him to all my friends/family and business partners.

Kevin is truly one of a kind! As a selling/listing agent, Kevin showed very quickly his knowledge of certain repairs that our property needed as well as recommendations of aesthetics which would attract buyer interest to our property. He has an eye for presentation and quality. He was able to provide us with contractor options to make the necessary repairs needed within our budget. After all Kevin's suggestions, our condo looked brand new and the photographer he worked with did a great job in capturing all angles of our condo in a very appealing manner. So much so that one day after listing our condo, we received an interest to view our property and received several more along with officers before the weekend. There was no need to have an open house. During the purchase of our new home, Kevin communicated with us frequently with updates from the lender and listing agent. Kevin welcomed questions, and we had many. He always provided clear and detailed responses. Working with Kevin in listing, buying and obtaining a mortgage was a very positive experience. He was punctual, patient, honest and most importantly, he was sincere. We never felt pressured or mislead. We also felt that he truly cared for our best interest and the best interest of our daughter. Even after escrow closed, Kevin continued to assist us with other matters relating to the property. We have already recommended Kevin to friends and will surely reach out to him again in the future for any home or mortgage related business.
